Broken Sword is a series of classic adventure games, created by Revolution Software in the years 1966 - 2006 The main characters are George Stobbart and Nicole Collard, who discover a series of riddles and history in order to save the world from danger.

Broken Sword: The Shadow of the Templars (Broken Sword 1)

The first part of the game was completed in 1996. George Stobbart, a student from the U.S. almost lose their lives in a cafe where you just rest zostaje blown into the air by a clown. George starts a trace of the mysterious assassin, and soon meets a French journalist, Nicole Collard that the investigation continues. It takes character to play the great mystery of the Knights Templar.
Both Nicole and George have a very strong personality and astute observations about the world around them. The game follows the best tradition of adventure games from the early nineties
A characteristic feature of the game was the use of "classical" two-dimensional "rysowanego" model of the world when the rest of the game entered the world of 3D.
The game has never created a formal spolszczenie, but (as with many other items) for the Broken Sword is created an unofficial translation of dialogues.

Broken Sword: The Smoking Mirror (Broken Sword 2)

The second part of the game was released in 1997. Heroes zostają embroiled in another mysterious escapade. This time the game is connected with the ominous shadow of the coming eclipse, and drug trafficking, which appear to be the way to the demonic power of the ancient Mayan civilization.

Broken Sword: The Return Of The Templars (Broken Sword 2.5)

Broken Sword 2.5: The Return of the Templars. This is an unofficial continuation of the previous games in the series created by MindFactory. The main character tries to learn something about the still existing Order of the Templars. Only the player depends on how the story ends.

Broken Sword: The Sleeping Dragon (Broken Sword 3)

After several years, the heroes of George Stobbart and Nicole Collard return again in 2003. The third part is entirely created in three dimensions. Order of the Knights Templar returned to once again conquer the world. This time the heroes have to solve the riddle of a sleeping dragon. Shares games going on in different cities, such as Glastonbury, Paris, Prague and the Congo.

Broken Sword: The Angel of Death "(Broken Sword 4)

The fourth series was part of the European premiere September 15, 2006 year, while in Poland, was delivered on 26 January 2007. This time the protagonist, George Stobbart, falls in love with a beautiful blondynce Anna Maria, who is kidnapped. George trying to find her is drawn into another plot linked to the ancient manuscript. The action begins in New York, but the player will also visit such places as Istanbul, Vatican City, and Phoenix.
